Find your nearest SSA office: You can use the SSA's Office Locator tool to find the nearest office to you. Simply enter your zip code or city and state, and it will provide you with the address and phone number of the nearest office. Here's the link: https://secure.ssa.gov/ICON/main.jsp
Make an appointment: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many SSA offices are currently operating with limited capacity and require appointments for in-person visits. You can schedule an appointment by calling the SSA's toll-free number at 1-***-***-**** or by using the online appointment scheduling tool at https://secure.ssa.gov/apps6z/i1020/main.html.
Bring necessary documents: When you visit the SSA office, be sure to bring your Medicare card (if you already have one), proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful presence, and proof of age. You may also need to provide additional documents, depending on your circumstances.
