We made a mistake when we signed up, because we didn't understand the options. We are only 6 months into it, and they say you can do a once in a lifetime do over during the first year. But they make you use the application which was designed for someone who signed up before full retirement. Which makes redoing it great for them. But when you still want to take your retirement now, It's ridiculously difficult. Just truly unfair. You have to pay back all the money. They will not tell you how long it will take. I've been told they have seen it take more than a year. But it should take a few months. But once you start, they can't even look into or question anyone about it. It's just too up in the air.
