My Name Jeffrey R Scarboro retired in March 2020, Social security retirement approval letter said my birthday was 68 years old in July 29 2019 , so pension retroactive starting in August 2019, I thought that belongs to Payments to Social Security beneficiaries will go out automatically,no need report,but all retired friends received Stimulus check,but I didn't, had to find relevant information on the Internet and the exchange of experience. I just knew that should declare the tax return in 2019 before receiving the Stimulus check,because the IRS sent the Stimulus check to the retirees according to the SSA-1099 form submitted by SSI in January 2020.
