Whats the best way...

Whats the best way to explain that your bank account went slightly over the 2000 dollar limit. one month it went over by 20 dollars and they want me to pay back the entires month check.

Accountant's Assistant: The Retirement Accountant will know how to help. Please tell me more, so we can help you best.

There were 4 incidents where my saving account went over 2000 dollars going back to 2015. Now they want to disquilify me for those months and pay back somewhere aroud 1900 dollars.
