Hi. My name’s Lane …

I hold a law degree (J.D.), with concentration in Tax Law, Estate law & Corporate law, an MBA in finance, a BBA, and CFP & CRPS (Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist) designations, as well - I’ve been providing financial, Social Security/Medicare, estate, corporate, non-profit, and tax advice, to clients on three continents, since 1986.

Bear with me a moment while I type up my response. Then if you have further questions we can go from there.

You willl not.

...

Once you turn Full Retirement Age (FRA), which is age 66 fr those born between 1943 and 1954, there IS no longer any reduction for working while taking benefits.

...

Only those taking EARLY benefits (again age 62 through age 65, UP TO age 66) are penalized by the "earning over the annual limit" reduction.

...

You can read more about that from Social Security here:

...

https://faq.ssa.gov/link/portal/34011/34019/article/3739/what-happens-if-i-work-and-get-social-security-retirement-benefits

...

From there: "Starting with the month you reach full retirement age, you can get your benefits with no limit on your earnings."

But again, if you need more on this please let me know.
