Hi. My name's Lane.

...

That's right. you can apply for spousal benefits online, by clicking here

...

I'd recommend that you do use the online application, because this will let you use the remarks section at the end to say that you are applying for spousal beefits.

...

You CAN also apply by calling 1-***-***-**** or by going to your local office.

...

I'd recommend calling and setting an appointment first, however, or you'll possibly be there all day only to come away with an appointment for another day.

But again, use the online application. It allows you to be more in control, and again, use the remarks section at the end to specify that you are applying for spousal benefits.

...

Please let me know if you have ANY questions at all, before rating me.

If this has helped, and you DON’T have other questions … I'd appreciate a positive rating (using the stars or faces on your screen, and then clicking “submit")

That’s the only way JustAnswer.com will credit me for the work here.

Thanks,

Lane
