According to social security 2018 fact sheet, the 2018 COLA is 2%. As of now there is no Medicare increase announced so you should see an increase in your benefits. No like last year, when COLA was 0.3% but increase in Medicare premium practically eliminated the entire increase for most beneficiaries.
