I turned 65 in...

I turned 65 in March 2017. I've been told I was automatically assigned a Medicare part A number. I have never received a card and do not know my Medicare part A number, which I now need for processing the health insurance I receive through work. How do I get my number and a card? Thank you. Nona J. Starzyk

You may choose Part A only which is free fro most retirees, and opt out from having Part B - which comes with the cost - as long as you are covered with the medical insurance via your employer.

Let me know if you need any help.
