Hi. My name is ***** ***** I will be happy to help you.

She would receive a percentage of the amount you will be receiving at the time of your death depending on when she applied (or she will apply) for any social security benefits. To get 100% of your amount she would need to apply at or after her full retirement age. When your wife applied for her benefits?

My wife has been receiving SS for some years, so at my demise I guess she would get 100% of what I've been getting, right?

As long as she did not apply for any benefits before her full retirement age, 65 or 66 depending on when she was born, she will get 100%.

For a total of $5, I would rate 5 stars. The time of response could have been faster, I believe.
