Generally, as far as your own potential "Spousal Benefits" are concerned, you would have had to be married for 10 years to be eligible for Spousal Benefits.

OK, well if she was a minor & had not yet finished high school, there would be Survivor's benefits available for her as well as you for taking care of her until she turned 18 or completed high school.

Based upon the circumstances you describe, there aren't any Social Security benefits available based upon your ex-husband's earnings record.
