Welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist you.

Many people who are eligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) may also be entitled to receive Social Security benefits. In fact, the application for SSI benefits is also an application for Social Security benefits. Social Security often needs additional information from you before they can award Social Security benefits.

Since you are 62, my best advice would be to contact Social Security directly at 1-***-***-**** between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you and best regards,

Barb
