Hello, I would like to assist you with your question. If I understand it correctly, you are eligible for FRA benefits but want to continue working in private industry (non-railroad) until age 70 to increase your Social Security Benefits?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I will be eligible for FRA benefits at age 66. I am 64 1/2 now. I would like to continue working and collecting SS benefits at 66 till age 70.

Yes, you can collect your FRA and continue to work to maximize your SS benefits. As I recall, FRA benefits are exempt from the Windfall Elimination rules.
