Since you are a resident of one of the countries with which the United States has a Social Security Agreement, your payments will continue as long as you are a resident of Canada or another International Social Security (Totalization) Agreement Country. You cannot contact SSA in the US for help, that is why they haven't been returning your calls. See the following link for contacts in Canada:https://www.ssa.gov/foreign/canada.htm

You can be paid in a Canadian bank and see link for the Canadian direct deposit form from SSA: https://secure.ssa.gov/apps10/poms/images/SSA1/G-SSA-1199-CN-1.pdf

Please let me know if you have any further questions and please positively rate my answer if you are satisfied.
