You can do this in any one of three ways:

If you want to make the change online, you can create a "MY SOCIAL SECURITY" Account at ssa.gov and make the change online in that manner.

You can also make the change by telephone at 1-***-***-****. Depending upon how busy it is, the wait can be lengthy, so I don't recommend that you make the change that way.

Finally, the easiest way is to simply go into the new bank and they will be able to handle the change for you. That's what I would do.
