Will I continue to receive reembursement of taxes taken out on me for Social Security. I am currently receiving Social Security and working part time. All the previous years I received a statement informing me of how much to expect. But, this year I haven't,

Customer: Yes, last year I began receiving higher benefits. I am now drawing from my husband's benefits and am full retirement age. But, my employer is still withholding Social Security taxes. Do I still qualify for refund?reembursement

I did. And all previous years, since I signed up at age 62, And I am now 66. I am a Substitute teacher.

I do receive a W-2 at year end. But, haven't for last year as of now. Could that be why I haven' heard from the refund yet?

That could be the reason - I would recommend to call the school's administrative (payroll department) office; they would have the specific information.

The refund was always added to my Social Security check in a lump sum. I would receive a letter notifying me of that amount, before my first check in January. Just not this year.
