Hi, I set up an account in 2015. I am now trying to apply for benefits. When I set up the account, my email address was***@******.*** and my temporary password ***** n5e%e7m2.

We can't get into your account, no. However, if you go to and pick the link for Applying for the benefit you are interested in (i.e. retirement), you should be able to create an application and take it from there. It doesn't require you had a previous account.
