I have been drawing disability since 2005 I am 64 born 1952 I won some money from lottery three years ago 872,000.00 I paid a little over 42%taxes on it should i not draw more money on my disability ?

Lottery or any type of gambling winnings are considered unearned income and it will not affect your social security disability. You are receiving disability because your condition is preventing you from earning income not because you do not have money to live on. SSDI is not need based benefit.

Only income like job or self employment would affect your disability.
