Dear Customer,

We are a question/answer website and not affiliated with the SSA.

You need to order your replacement card again. But the SSA usually sends the card via regular postal mail, and not by any type of registered mail to require us to pick up from the post office.

Please order the card again and the SSA usually takes not more than two weeks to have it sent. My preferred way is to walk into a local SSA office to order the replacement card.
