I would like to get removed from medicare so i can get insurance through MNcare

Are you talking about Medicaid? Usually you are not eligible for Medicare unless you are 65 or on SS disability for at least 2 years. Medicare insurance is by choice. All you have to do is to call the Medicare and cancel the coverage.

If you are on Medicaid, it is slightly more complicated. Medicaid eligibility is based on your income. Many states extended Medicaid to lower income families and individuals.
