Ok. Have you received any tax form for the workmans comp? Like W2 or something? Why do you think you had to report it?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
because i was cleaningand found lawyers letter i originally got and sigh i didnt read it until 15 min ago and read i was supposed to let social know

Oh, I see. You are not talking about reporting it on your tax return. Well, you need to contact the social security as soon as possible and let them know. If you were receiving any type of social security benefits at the same time, you may have an overpayment that will need to be return.

I see you read my respond. Do you have any questions? Is there anything else I can help you with today? There's no other way. You can wait until social security finds out (and they will) and you will receive overpayment letter or you can all them yourself and take care of it.
