I receive SSI income and I am sponsoring my fiancee to come and join me for eventually marriage within 90 days, Now my income does not meet the poverty level . Can I add the SSI income to increase my income since it is income to me.

I'm so sorry, but although non-taxable Social Scurity retirement and SSDI are added back to MAGI (Modified Adjusted Gross Income) for ACA purposes...

SSI is not counted.

If you'll look at the attached flyer you'll see in the second box on the page that non-taxable SSDI and Social Security are added back, but then you'll see that this is footnoted (4) to show that SSI is not counted.

Specifically footnote 4 says the following:

4 “Social Security benefits” includes disability payments (SSDI), but does not include Supplemental Security Income (SSI), which should be excluded.
