My son is 62 and on disability ..can he get any social sec with that and still stay on
disability because his medicine is so high that he does not want to leave disability
just now...

Hi Nelda, so sorry but you cannot "stack," as SSA calls it, disability payments and retirement payments.


At his full retirement age, the disability payments will automatically convert to retirement benefits. Nothing will change, other than the fund from which the payments are made.
