Generally, no. You can't get Medicare until you're 65. However, you may qualify for Medicare coverage if you're less than 65 if you have a disability or End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Now, as the nstatement said, you may be able to if you are determined by Social Security to be disabled.
YOu certainly qualify for SPOUSAL benefits (can qualify as early as age 60 on a deceased workers record) ... but to qualify for medicare before age 65 you'd have to make a disability claim.
