Following many telephone calls for HELP for my son, a letter from Ms. Beth Mitchell,
Supervising Attorney,
Institutional Rights and Civil Liberties Team
dated October 2015, has been sent to my former address in Texas City, Galveston County, Texas. with the letter was the Instruction how to appeal in case of denial of assistance.
I followed the instruction: January 6, 2016 , letter from Richard LaVallo, Legal Director of DisabilityRights Texas,
Appeal denied ( do not have the staff resources to assist you),
I appealed again,
I sent a letter dated January 25, 2016 to the Executive Director, Ms Mary Faithfull, DisabilityRights Texas,
2222 West Braker Lane
Austin, Texas 78758
February 1st, 2016, Ms Faithfull's letter denied assistance, same reason, suggested I request a review by the Board Client Grievance Committee , andMarch 4, 2016 letter of Denial, same reason : lack the staff resources needed , this letter was electronically signed : " Disability Rights Texas Board Client Grievance Committee"
