I have answered a couple questions for you previously. You need to reply on those questions as you have opened several questions and not given ratings. You misunderstood my answer previously. No you do not have to have a child under age 16. Give me your full circumstance and I can probably answer according to your particular facts. Give me your ages and if you are receiving your SS benefits currently. Also if you could go back and rate my previous answers so I could get credit I would appreciate it. I will get you a full answer if you just reply to one of those answers instead of starting a new question.
