Customer Question

I have a nephew that is on social security due to his physical(seizures) and mental disability. The state has deemed him ok to have drivers license and not be supervised. he is living in my house alone, he is unable to keep bills paid, has a gambling problem, in debt, anger issues9which is scary when drives). What should I do? he needs supervision and refuses to allow family to help as he thinks he does not need.
