I retire 2010.31jan. I did not have enough quaterwhen I retire so I could not get benefits. My wife still working can i get benefits under her socialsecurity forbenifit.

You may be able to get spouse’s retirement benefits if you are at least 62 years of age and your spouse is receiving retirement or disability benefits.

Your spouse can be working and still receive benefits but for you to apply your spouse needs to be receiving benefits.
