Customer Question

I was married to my first husband 15 years. Remarried and at 20 years. We are getting divorced. I will be 62 in two years, and almost out of money. My husband of 20 years
gets very little from Social Security, however my first husband will be getting more than double that of my latest husband. Can I still collect on my first husbands social security account?

Yes, you can but AFTER you have divorced your second husband.
