When you pass, your spouse is eligible for your full benefit that you have earned, plus subsequent Cost-Of-Living adjustments. It is not based on her age. This is a Survivor's Benefit.

Since she has already achieved the Normal Retirement Age, there are no reductions if she decides to work while receiving SS benefits.
