Hi. My name is ***** ***** I will be happy to help you. I am assuming you are asking about Medicare.

Usually at the age of 65 if you are US citizen, resided in US for at least 5 years and worked at least 10 years in medicare covered employment.

There are however, couple of exceptions, you may be eligible sooner:

  1. You have End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), or
  2. You have received Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) payments for 24 months (or in the first month of disability for ALS ("Lou Gehrig's Disease"))

If you are currently collecting social security benefits or have Medicare taxes taken out of your paycheck, you should get your Medicare card before you become 65.
