Hi and welcome to our site!
The issue is that most likely - you apply for disability pension and did not reach your full retirement age.
If you are under age 65, your pension may be adjusted to ensure that you receive the value of your Normal Retirement Age pension. If you receive or are entitled to receive workers compensation benefits or social security disability benefits - your pension will be reduced. These reductions will cease when you reach age 65.
