I have been divorced 10 years and remarried for ten years. What can my current or former wife expect from my social security upon my death? I live in Texas and am 74 years old

Any prior spouse can collect a survivor benefit on your work record once you predecease her, if she was married to you for 10+ years. This does not reduce your current spouse's survivor benefit at all.
