Customer Question

I was recently changed from ssi to ssa what dose mean as far as my money goes. Does this mean I am on retirement now. If so can I draw my dead exwifes benefits if she made moore.

Thanks for your question What this means is you do not qualify for SSI, but rather the regular benefit. It is not a low income benefit. If you were married for over 10 years to your deceased ex wife, then you can certainly draw benefits off her account. Please let me know if you need anything additional. If not, please rate positive so that I may receive credit for assisting you today. Thanks so much :-)
