I have been helping clients with SS issues for decades. many times providing advice that reversed what they had been told by SS.
That depends on if disability or retirement.
Disability is called at $1,090.00 a moth.
If retirement and under FRA (Full Retirement Age 66) there is a formula that effects you as follows:
Roughly up to 15,000 no reduction.
For every $2 earned above about 15,000 SS is reduced by $1.
This does not take into account UNEARNED Income.
After FRA you can earn whatever you want and SS is not reduced.
I'm sure it sounds confusing here in the text.
I'll offer you a telephone discussion to walk you through YOUR situation.
I'll send the offer now.
All you have to do is accept. Otherwise we can text back and forth.
