I draw my late husbands social security benefits. I want to remarry. If i do, will i lose my benefits?

The answer very much depends on your age. Under current laws if you remarry after you turn 60, you retain your widows benefits and do not lose them by marrying. If, however, you are under 60 at this time, then yes, you do end up losing your benefits when you remarry.
