Customer Question

I have been doing some searching as i belong to the Notch Victim Register !
I just realised that my Husband who has passed away would alco be eligible as he was born November 1, 1926 .
since this has been in the Congress for approval ,they say this year, can I still register him under that limitation ?

Thank you for your question -- as you are aware this has not passed yet and this is something that has been in discussion for a long time. It's unlikely that this will pass (but fingers crossed!) In any event, you would have to be alive to get the benefit, and if your husband is already passed, then he would not, unfortunately, be eligible I wish I had better news for you. Please let me know if you need anything additional. If not, please rate positive so that I may receive credit for assisting you today.
