My iPhone 6s+ icloud...

My iPhone 6s+ icloud account is locked and I don't remember the security questions and won't let me get my e-mails because I'm locked out,talked to a person on the phone the other day and they said those were my only options of unlocking my account,can you help me?

Hello, I am Samuel and I can give you some information on your issue. Apple's process for resetting passwords is almost completely automated. Which means you have the right information that you used when you set up your account or it assumes you are not the owner. If it is locked and you do not have the information the only route to get it unlocked is Apple's security team. However, they are going to require the original proof of purchase and the process is not an immediate one.
