I lost my iPhone and purchased another one. I’m having a problem using my credit card to make purchases. It’s the same card that worked prior to getting new phone.

I don’t understand the question

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your iPhone? What have you tried so far?

Since I purchased the new phone on 3/14/18. I tried entering everything (credit card number, expiration date and code on back plus verified all information Apple had entered to straighten out or figure out what was wrong with my account

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I just want my card activated so I may use it
