Short story. I'm locked...

Short story. I'm locked out of my I phone. All my phone calls for assistance refer me back to this website. I paid for service I believe on 3/7. This the 3rd day I have asked for assistance with no response. Call me at(###) ###-#### I already paid $5 and $20.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Maybe one or two months ago. Cannot remember passcode. Need new one.

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

1st respondor writes they will connect me.but communication ends after I get note stating I will be called in a few minutes. A few minutes has been since 3/7/18.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

Yes, please tell Mac expert to call me. Now would be a good time.

I would like to cancel whatever I signed up for as I found help through Apple. I tried using JUST ANSWER since 3/7/18. Requested home call with no response.Sat here Fri and Sat waiting for a call. I believe your service did not provide me timely service. I ask that my $5 and $20 be returned to my account. Thank You
