Either your iPhone is Offline, or it is Online.

then to iCloud,

then tap on your Apple ID username, and then tap on Get Verification Code.

- If Online, go to Settings

then to iCloud,

then tap on your Apple ID username, and then tap on Password & Security

and then on Get Verification Code.
