Ever since I upgraded...

Ever since I upgraded to the latest software version I have been unable to either send or receive multimedia messages. it also tells me click below to download a new message, but it NEVER downloads it. Can I go back to the previous software level where things worked properly? I find this SO frustrating that I am about to change my phone to a NON BLACKBERRY DEVISE.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your BlackBerry phone? What have you tried so far?

EVER SINCE i DOWNLOADED THIS VERSION MONTHS AGO. I have tried going through my settings, downloaded the manual for this version onto my computer and CANNOT find any solution to this problem.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?

I tried to send a multimedia message to my Husband's phone and it diid NOT go through. Also, he tried to send me one and it did NOT come through..

With a Blackberry you typically can not go back. I will see what your options are give me a bit of time, please.

Make sure that all the apps you have are up to date. Just open the Play Store and click on three horizontal lines which are located in the upper-left corner to open the Menu. Now tap on My apps & Games > Install and choose “Update All”.
