Hello. Trying to sort out my partner’s grandmother’s Konka phone. I keep getting “sorry, that number is ***** from this service”. I’ve noticed that call forwarding is on. Any suggestions?

Not 100% sure. It says “Boost”, it’s on Telstra and it has an “SOS” badge on the back. Does that help?
