My wife’s iPhone 7plus is acting up. The screen is magnified and her apps open and calls are made on their own. Can you help me?

To soft reboot an iPhone 7, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons for about 10 seconds, or until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen. Once you see the Apple logo, let go of both buttons and allow the device a few moments to reboot back into iOS.
