I recently upgraded my iphone to an iphone 6 and gave my wife my old iphone 5S. We activated her phone the other day and it worked fine, now it shows "No Service". I just got of the phone with my carrier and after an hour and 20 minutes, they couldn't help me.

A couple of years.

Really. I can't tell you how much crap we tried. I am a little frustrated right now and I'm sorry for that, but I can't really tell you what she was doing on the other end, The phone shows "Searching" right now.
