I went to use the Touch ID to buy some credits for an app and received an error message saying to contact you.

The error message said your purchase could not be completed contact the URL given for support

Usually, this error means that you need to update your payment information in your account.

  1. Tap Settings > [your name] > Payment & Shipping. You might need to enter your Apple ID password.
  2. Select your current payment method.
  3. Enter your new payment information.

Anytime I try to buy credits for apps or music this message keeps appearing.
