Customer Question

We are trying to activate it.
JA: When were you last able to use your phone?
Customer: This morning. We transferred from pre paid straight talk to an At&t account. Phone has new SIM card and everything
JA: Have you tried a Factory Reset? The smartphone expert can walk you through this to ensure you don't lose your photos, contacts and other data.
Customer: Have not tried factory reset.
JA: Anything else you want the smartphone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It won't make calls or receive texts. At&t rep says it's the phone

If the phone is locked to Straight Talk then you will need to get it unlocked by them first before it will work with AT&T.

You can request that it be unlocked by contacting Straight Talk at 1-***-***-****.

It was supposed to take 4 hours. Account on phone still won't activate

Is the phone unlocked?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
They are now saying that the phone is not compatible with at&t. Doesn't make sense. Phone is not locked
