JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you running?
Customer: iOS 5.1.1. I have the1st model IPad
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: This is the most resent update
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Not sure what to try
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just when attempting renew cellular data, I would enter name and password, and nothing would happen
