You cannot use the # sign on the Q10 version, however a new feature has been added that allows you to quickly switch between your various notification profiles using the Quick Settings menu.

All it takes is opening the Quick Settings menu followed by tapping on the Notifications icon until your desired profile is selected.

To try this shortcut on your Q10, complete the following steps:

  1. While viewing the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen
  2. Tap Settings followed by Notifications
  3. Tap Quick Settings
  4. Check the profiles you’d like to add to your Quick Settings screen
  5. Tap Back when finished to save your changes

After doing this, tap the icon next to Notifications within Quick Settings to quickly switch between your notification profiles.
