I just found out that I can'y make any calls from my phone.

I just found out that I can'y make any calls from my phone. No matter what contact number I choose to call the call just doesn't go through. The screen appears that it is call but after a little while I get the message thatthe call has failde.
JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?
Customer: Model MG4N2LL/A and IOS 10.3.2
JA: How long has this been going on with your smartphone? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just noticed it today but I didn't use my phone yesterday so the problem may have existed then. My wife has a similar iphone and she can call.
JA: Anything else you want the smartphone expert to know before I connect you?

If another iPhone can work in the same vicinity, then your 'signal' is available for sure.

But check in your network settings, under Settings on your own iPhone:

- make sure that Fast Data Connection or 2G/3G/4G/5G data access is enabled.

- or if you use local WiFi, make sure that is enabled.

Then (if you use local WiFi) be sure to Connect your WiFi.

Then, after a few more seconds, once you're sure you're connected, try a call again.

(What phone service do you use? in case it matters.)
