Lost AppleID and also no longer have the cc to have reset. Have waited 3 weeks. It was suggested to reset the phone, and when I did I was/am locked out completely because my phone is obviouly owned by apple and not me because it STILL requires to do ANYTHING now!
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: iPhone 5c
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Been waiting for apple to reset for 3 weeks. They give a default anser that it could take days. I have been completely locked out only since I reset (about an hour ago).
JA: Anything else you want the phone expert to know before I connect you?

The phone will not allow me in.past asking for my AppleID and Password, so I cannot call anyone or receive calls

If you are unable to use a phone and you cannot use the online system then you will need to either borrow a phone to call into Apple or take your phone into a local Apple store.
